Data collected through our forms
When you contact Konyfer, we may collect your full name, company, professional email address, telephone number and the content of your request. A First Look request may also include a website or asset URL and information about your current situation in France.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Without this information, Konyfer may be unable to process your request.
PURPOSE
Respond to your request, arrange a conversation and follow it up.
LEGAL BASIS
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
RETENTION
12 months after the last exchange if no engagement begins.
Information submitted through a form is recorded in Konyfer’s contact management tools. It is used to respond to your request, arrange a conversation and follow it up. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
If you select the optional consent box, Konyfer may also occasionally send you analysis, news and information about its services by email. This processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
If no engagement begins, information needed to follow up your request is retained for 12 months after the last exchange. If you consent to Konyfer communications, the data needed for those messages is retained until you withdraw consent and for no longer than three years after collection or your latest contact.
Appointments through Microsoft Bookings
The appointment link opens Microsoft Bookings. When you use it, Microsoft processes the information needed for the booking under its own terms and privacy policy. Konyfer receives the information needed to prepare and hold the meeting.
Technical data
The hosting provider may process technical data, including your IP address and the date and time of your visit, to operate and secure the website. This processing is based on Konyfer’s legitimate interest in protecting the site and is retained according to the provider’s technical retention periods.

Personal data is accessible only to Nicolas Konieczny and, where necessary to provide their services, Konyfer’s technical suppliers:
- OVHcloud for website hosting;
- WordPress and Fluent Forms for form operation;
- Microsoft 365 for email and Microsoft Bookings for appointments;

Konyfer does not sell or rent your personal data. Some international providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the legal safeguards they provide.
If you engage Konyfer
Information needed for the client relationship, contracts, invoices and delivery is then processed under the appropriate legal bases and retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and contractual obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent to Konyfer communications at any time, including through the unsubscribe link in each email. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
To exercise your rights, use the contact form. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about the requester’s identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL ↗.
