I’m Nicolas Konieczny, founder of Konyfer. I am French and based in the French Alps. I help UK B2B leaders understand what needs to change, make clearer marketing decisions and turn them into action in France.

My approach brings marketing, communications, sales and customer experience together, always starting with what already works in your business.

Based in France, set up to work with UK teams

Konyfer is a French business operated from the French Alps. Assignments are mainly delivered remotely. On-site workshops in the UK can be arranged when they add value. Services are contracted and invoiced from France.

My clients do not need to reinvent the wheel

You know your company better than I do. My role is not to explain your own business to you.

It is to bring an external director-level view, recognise familiar situations and help you decide what should be preserved, adapted or challenged for the French market.

THE OBJECTIVE

Reduce costly trial and error without applying a ready-made formula.

Industrial companies, professional services, SaaS, e-commerce and other B2B businesses all start from a different context.

A few situations that shaped my judgement

Situations where marketing decisions also involved teams, systems, compliance and trust.

Building a €4 million international activity

Bringing a European e-commerce platform and a US operation together around one offer.

Changing a brand from end to end

Transforming SR Conseil into Anderlaine, from brand strategy and identity to internal adoption and external communication.

Communicating when trust is at risk

Marketing, trust, compliance and crisis management. These situations involved commercial judgement, operational coordination and human consequences.

Why use an experienced consultant in the age of AI?

AI makes analysis faster. Experience helps turn it into a decision.

AI can research, summarise, compare information and open useful lines of enquiry. Its output still depends on the question asked, the context provided and the information available.

You use AI. I use it too, to research, compare information, test assumptions and challenge my first ideas.

The final recommendation remains mine. It draws on 20 years of responsibility for marketing decisions, teams, budgets and results.

The customer journey keeps the whole picture in view

A website, campaign, exhibition or CRM does not create results by itself. Its impact depends on what happens before, during and after each customer interaction.

Build awareness

SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, media relations, exhibitions and corporate events.

Create conviction

Positioning, value propositions, websites, UX and UI, content and sales materials.

Move opportunities forward

CRM, email marketing, marketing and sales coordination, KPIs and reporting.

Strengthen customer value

Customer experience, reviews, testimonials, referrals and advocacy.

Konyfer works directly where the requirement matches its expertise and coordinates the appropriate specialists when a project calls for other skills. The point is to know which part of the journey deserves attention.

A WORKING PRINCIPLE

Commitment, not compliance

People need to understand the decision and believe it can work.

I like working diplomatically, in a positive atmosphere and over the long term. Good working relationships do not remove the need for clear decisions.

My role is to build commitment around the right priorities, responsibilities and expected results, then help turn them into action.

Konyfer clients pay to move forward, not simply to receive good ideas.

Why the name Konyfer?

I wanted a distinctive name that could be pronounced easily in both French and English. Konyfer begins with ‘Koni’, the first part of Konieczny, a name that is not always easy to pronounce.

It also recalls the conifer: an evergreen tree rooted in the mountains where I live. A simple reference to resilience, adaptation and long-term growth.
